The Alcotest 7110 Evidential is the most accurate alcohol measurement equipment available and is used to identify breath alcohol concentration without the risk of manipulation. It was first developed for use in Germany and fulfils worldwide standards for equipment of this kind. With the measured breath temperature, the result of the breath alcohol concentration is corrected to a reference temperature to avoid influences from body temperature (for example by a fever) or breath control (for example by hypo- or hyperventilation).
